Cross Cardio teaches the didactics and the technique of the fundamental exercises with its different high intensity training proposals, to be proposed from the most to the least trained.

Cross Cardio is structured in three phases:
1- cardio phase: fun, aggregating and motivating;
2- technique: awareness of the movement of one’s body, training technique;
3- workout of the day adaptable to everyone, exercises with varying intensities.
