Yoga is an ancient discipline based on a harmonious approach of developing the body, mind and spirit of every human being.
Yoga is an ancient discipline that originated in India about 5,000 years ago. The word Yoga means 'union' and indicates the close connection between body and mind. Yoga is meant to improve the flexibility of the body and spine through the practice of poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation. The poses are performed slowly in complete synchrony with breathing. Practicing yoga regularly helps us eliminate anxiety and stress, find inner peace, tone muscles and improve body elasticity, find harmony between mind and body and stay healthy.
Yoga is suitable for everyone and anyone can practice it, regardless of physical fitness level, age or degree of flexibility. The more you practice it, the more motor flexibility and well-being you will gain. What are you waiting for?
