Panca Fit is a postural type of training that has the peculiarity of considering the person as a whole.
This training method goes to act on the body through the use of Pancafit®, a gym equipment that acts on the neuro-muscle-fascial chains.
“DECOMPENSATED GLOBAL MUSCULAR STRETCHING” is a feature of this type of training that aims to involve all muscle chains simultaneously. In fact, the respiratory chain must also be involved with each respiratory act, in relation to the other chains.

Personal towel and clean training shoes are required.

Toll parking
Parking in front of the structure is free for the first hour while subsequent hours are subject to charges. Below are the rates:
