Human Training Circuit is a high-intensity workout involving a higher energy expenditure facilitating weight loss.
The workout consists of a main exercise to be performed individually and other small exercises to be performed in a circuit.
The exercises are mainly muscular and involve the use of overloads, especially during the main exercise.
Each repetition requires a fairly high effort, thus ensuring significant development of lean mass as well.
