Exercises to improve postural habits and strengthen the muscles involved in maintaining a correct posture and bridge possible asymmetries created over time.
The workouts are based on a series of exercises that involve all the muscles of the body from the upper limbs to the lower limbs, working on both the strengths and the weaknesses of each one of them, while improving both physical and mental control.
