Train with MagneticDays for long distance races, Ironman, Icon and granfondo races.
Thanks to MagneticDays, the training will be structured and tailored to each participant's abilities: a mix of distances, sprints and more.
The exercises are mainly muscular and involve the use of overloads, especially during the main exercise.
Each workout will be different from the previous one with incremental progressions and self-calibrating tests to define levels.Limited places, reservation recommended!

Daily ticket or Fitness&Pool open membership is required to access the classes.
Personal towel and clean training shoes are required.
Minimum age: 15 years and older.

Toll parking
Parking in front of the structure is free for the first hour while subsequent hours are subject to charges. Below are the rates:

• Every subsequent hour €1.00
• Night rate - from 11.00pm to 7.00am - €20.00
