Calisthenics is the art of using one’s own body weight as resistance to train and develop the physique.
It aims to increase strength, flexibility and joint mobility under stress, lactic acid production and tolerance, and specific short-term endurance, the functional ability to exert strength and improve general fitness.
It includes warm-up movements performed free-body, such as alternately swinging the arms up, circling, performing jumping jacks by alternating arms and opposite leg, etc;
And movements performed with the natural overload of one’s own body, such as arm bends, sit-ups, pulling on the bar, pistol squats, etc.

Personal towel and clean training shoes are required.

Toll parking
Parking in front of the structure is free for the first hour while subsequent hours are subject to charges. Below are the rates:

• Night rate - from 11.00pm to 7.00am - €20.00
