Are the 25 m swimming pool lanes always accessible?
To enter the pool, reservations are required and for this reason admissions are limited and available at time slots. The number of lanes available is limited when there are teams to train.
Is it possible to access the 25m swimming pool and are there any predetermined lanes for free swimming?
Yes, it is possible to access the swimming pool for free swimming upon reservation, there are no pre-established lanes reserved for free swimming.

What courses are planned during the year and to whom are they addressed?
During the year our instructors offer various Fitness Courses that differ in type of training such as Total Body, Spinning, HIIT, Run Training for more intense training, Pilates or Yoga to regain the well-being of body and mind and, as regards the swimming pool, the facility offers Water Courses such as Hydrobike and Acquagym which, by combining movement in the water with music, are considered among the most effective and enjoyable fitness practices. What is Fitness&Pool and what services does it offer?
Aquagranda Fitness&Pool is a 350m2 gym, equipped with the latest generation Kineo System and Technogym equipment, integrated with the mywellness cloud system, the platform that allows you to access your workouts via a mobile app and to store and consult the results obtained, wherever you are.
Qualified Personal Trainers will study dedicated training plans, based on your athletic preparation with exercises aimed at achieving your personal goals. Thanks to the large windows of the equipment room, you can train while admiring the panorama of Livigno, a unique high-altitude fitness experience! There is a 25 m swimming pool in the area that attracts numerous athletes and not, looking for preparation on high ground or simple physical upkeeping. Swimming pool with Myrtha technology which, at an altitude of 1816 m, becomes an ideal place for the preparation of teams and athletes. It is also flanked by a smaller pool where you can learn your first strokes safely.
