Master Freestyle Aufguss: Livigno Becomes the Stage for International Wellness

From January 14th to 16th, 2025, Aquagranda Active You in Livigno will host the only Italian stage of the prestigious Master Freestyle Aufguss, the world championship dedicated to Freestyle Aufgussmasters. This unique event blends spectacle, adrenaline, and wellness, transforming each sauna session into an unforgettable experience.

What Makes the Master Freestyle Aufguss Special?

Since 2017, the Master Freestyle Aufguss has celebrated the art of aufguss like never before. Participants, including the world’s top athletes, combine advanced ventilation techniques, breathtaking acrobatics, and choreographed performances set to music, creating thrilling shows.

This year, Aquagranda will welcome 16 international athletes from Japan, the Czech Republic, Norway, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy. The competition will take place in the Alpine Event Sauna, where heat, rhythm, and energy come together for three unforgettable days.
