This special event is all about transformation: release what no longer serves you, and welcome the new with an open heart.

Each experience is designed to bring you back to yourself—grounded, clear, and connected with nature.

All rituals are included in your day or evening ticket.

🌱 Morning & Afternoon – Ground & Prepare

11:30 AM | Smoke Ritual – Hay Room
Sweet, grounding aromas to start your day with intention and breath.

12:30 PM | Welcome Aufguss – Finnish Sauna
A gentle aromatic wave to ease your body and mind into a state of openness.

2:00 PM | Body Scrub – Steam Bath
Natural exfoliation with warm steam to awaken your skin and let go of what’s stagnant.

3:30 PM | Alpine Ritual – Bio Sauna
A sensory journey with alpine herbs and soft heat. Connect with the mountains—inside and out.

4:30 PM | Body & Face Ritual – Slide Area
A delicate face and body peeling, perfect to enjoy in your swimsuit before sauna time.

4:30 PM | Family Aufguss – Slide Area
Light, playful steam infusion to introduce the whole family to the Aufguss experience.

5:30 PM | Aufguss – Alpine Event Sauna
A deep and enveloping ritual to set the tone for the upcoming night of transformation.

🌕 THEMED EVENING RITUALS – From 6:30 PM

As the sun sets, the moon rises—and with it, the most evocative part of our program.
Each ritual is rich with intention, symbolism, and sensory depth.

🔥 6:30 PM | HOT SAUNA “Full Moon” – Alpine Event Sauna

A long, intense ritual blending incense, aromatic pirts (leaf whisks), and shared ceremonial music.
Expect:

• Full audience participation
• Collective chanting
• Outdoor closing circle under the moonlight

Tibetan singing bowls and ancient instruments create vibrations to harmonize your mind and body.

A symbolic storytelling ritual with fire, camphor, movement, and moon-inspired visuals.

✨ 9:30 PM | Full Moon Scrub – Solarium “Lunar Harmony”

A deeply soothing body & face scrub followed by open-air relaxation, herbal teas, cozy blankets, and ambient soundscapes.

The perfect ending. Slow, calming aromatic waves to close the night with gratitude and ease.
