Every Wednesday in February, Alpine Wellness transforms into a celebration of the Olympic rings. A full sensory experience inspired by Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia & Oceania.

Five rings. Five continents. Four Wednesdays of pure wellness.

February becomes a journey around the world, guided by the spirit of the Olympics and lived through rituals of heat, water, scents, and culture.

Each Wednesday, Alpine Wellness dedicates itself to a continent, with themed sauna experiences, evocative scrubs, and atmospheric aufguss ceremonies celebrating the identity, emotions, and athletes of each Olympic region. A month-long experience that combines tradition, creativity, and multisensory immersion—where wellness meets global inspiration.
