What is an Aufguss?
An Aufguss is a guided sauna ritual during which a sauna master pours water and essential oils onto hot stones, increasing heat and humidity. Through gentle movements with a towel, the heat is evenly distributed, creating an intense experience that engages body and mind, promoting relaxation and well-being.
