Cross Cardio

FITNESS

Cross Cardio is a high intensity workout that leads to the individual's overall improvement.

The training is based on cardiovascular and functional aspect based on the basic concept, that the development of the force starts from the center to the periphery. The first part of the training consists of calisthenics to musical rhythm that determines together with the difficulty of movement, cardiovascular intensity, while in the second part of the lesson is inspired by the weight lifting exercises, gymnastics and metabolic workout with different proposals.
