The Total body is a general workout that includes both cardiovascular aspect and physical endurance, with a special attention to toning.
Through the use of fitness equipment such as dumbbells, ankles, rubber bands and the ball, the whole body muscles are trained. The dynamism of Total body workout, coupled with the use of light weights, makes it a great aerobic activity, similar (from a point of view of strain) to the circuit training. However to the classic benefits of aerobic work, should be added a greater muscles stimulation intensity, that at the same time improve the tone and the local anaerobic endurance.
